as I promised, here is my first collab.

you guys voted, and rock was the #1 choice!


this track is special, it is a snippet off the 1st song of the album I am working on. I think you guys will have fun in the track.


The Progression:

D5| DMaj7 | D9 | D5

then goes to

B5 | Asus4 | A (no 3rd)

and repeats



I really would like to see people try to explore the fret board and move around it from high to low notes and different positions. Also Id like to see some sort of melody...that is not to say shred is not allowed, but try to keep it melodic in a sense. I found my self having fun with the A mixolydian and D Maj scale but watch out for the Maj7th!
you can use B minor scale as well (that is the key this song is based on) and other positions and modes that revolve around it.

if someone knows where to get a program that can show the scale positions so i can post them up here I would appreciate it. THANK!
