It's awful close. Even the length of the songs are pretty close. Contestant's at 3:27 and Kris' at 3:07. He burns 4sec's in the beginning and then the riff repeats a couple of times before the drums kicks in. His kicks in around 27sec's in and Kris' around 10 sec's.

After he repeats the riff twice he is at 10sec's, so is Kris. Lot's of similarity here.

hehe thanks Oxac! biggrin.gif

I could sue myself for creating such a predictable riff so that someone else (without probably even having heard my version) wrote something similar. How much would I get out of myself?! wacko.gif

Or you could ask Mr Guitartube to sue you?!?!? huh.gif He probably never heard your song or at least he will claim he hasn't or even better claim to be the one who wrote it. When taking you to court he could work both as prosecutor and your defense so you'll be sure to lose and win all that money you will get from yourself.

When the guitar idol dude realize he's next in line you could settle the score in private, no court, he's not sitting on a furtune... but on a rather nice bed. biggrin.gif
