hey guys i've been having trouble figuring out what to play over this solo wise, the chords are E minor, A# minor as well as G minor on the second part, I came up with these using E half whole scale, i picked the minor triads out of there that i thought sounded interesting, out of these chords I played I came up with this scale = E,F,G,A#,B,C#,D,E i have no idea what it is at all. I know it has a minor 2nd, and minor 3, augmented 4, perfect 5, major 6, flat 7. I spelled out the whole chord are a E minor7,b9,#11,13. I'm not sure i did it correct but I think i did. Now my question is would this be what you call an artificial scale? and also what would you guys recommend when to solo with when using a non-diatonic chord progression ? btw the guitars are tuned whole step down technically it's not e minor etc, but that's how i'm viewing it .
sorry for the super long paragraph
