You really control that basic riff al the way, actually you controll the whole song prety nicely, which means you've got your technique down man I expect this song to be quite hard to cover... the part of the song with the improvised feeling must be a pain to 'remember' I always have a hard time with that. Yes actually I improvised during the part in the middle. I am much too lazy to try and learn all the stuff Guthrie does on the album version , and he always plays his songs differently on stage.
