Millencolin Style, Lesson By Gabriel Leopardi |
|
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Original lesson: Millencolin Style by Gabriel Leopardi
Hi. That's my first take for this great lesson. I know it needs more practicing in order to make it flawless, but I think it's good to send an early version so others can quickly identify playing issues it may present. Thanks Gabriel! -------------------- ===KenA===

Hi Ken!! Nice to find this take on my lesson here! You are doing a good job with this one.
The only things to fix on this one is your timing, mostly on the verse's palm muting section and the melody played in the second verse. Then, that first chord played when the chorus starts. Also I think that you should put your guitar louder in the mix and add more treble to your tone to make is sound closer to the backing track's guitars. That's all, keep on the good job! -------------------- My lessons
