Hello Emir. I've been practicing some of your lessons and i realize that you alternate pick just using the wrist. I have been playing for the past several years, with two fingers(pinky and third finger) planted on the body of the guitar. However, i decided to change and just use my wrists to play the guitar, doesn't matter if i'm playing some fast runs or strumming some chords. This is because i feel that if i don't have any finger planted on the guitar body, i have more freedom with just using the wrist. But the problem is that i'm not really sure on where i should place my right hand. I play a guitar with a floating bridge and if i place my wrist on the bridge, than that will mute the low e string and i don want that when i practice.

Another thing, i realized that playing with just using the wrist only is a very different experience for me as i just started to change the way i play like weeks ago. Do i have to strictly just use the movement of my wrist for alternate picking and there shouldn't be a slight movement of the fingers at all? i hope you know what i mean. Thanks in advance rolleyes.gif
