Hey GMC,

My band and me took some reaaaaaaaally cool pictures ysterday and i want to use one as a avatar picture, but its too big! all o them are too big. blink.gif

So does anyone know how to resize an image? unsure.gif

That´s very easy. Just download Irfan View, for instance, and open it. Click on Image and then on resize. I might be wrong with the terms...

I used to use power toys for XP from Microsoft. It has an image resizer that worked great. I now have Vista so not sure if it will work with this os.

I only know that the picture has to be smaller than 50 KB. An automacism will resize the avatar if I have understood correctly.

I use photoshop for resizing and everything that has to do with pictures but there are great free programs you can use for resizing. I agree with Tolek, Irfan View is really good viewer and has cool other tools.
