> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Still experimenting with tone....didn't do that beautiful harmonic as scripted on last part! Couldn't sustain the note

If You ask about the tone it's too thin for my taste. Dominated by the treble (high frequencies" Lacks a bit of body. What is precicely the gear Your a using to listen To your recordings when You set up the tone?

Damn, man, that's very good. I can't find anything to criticise here. As my esteemed colleague Darius says, your tone isn't the best in the world but it's not that bad either. It just sounds a bit fizzy to me, like early digital distortion units.

But in terms of playing, it's excellent. You have a great grasp of picking dynamics, you really picked out those string bends and make them staccato. Nice work ! It's a 10 from me.
