I just read an artical where lady gaga was accused of plagarism and this is something i hear alot of especially in the pop music buisness.
Here is one that i have noticed in the metal genre

Most of his/her/its songs are stolen here and there... it's just this time Lady Blahblah didn't do anything to even remotely make it different!

Here is a short clip talking about the GAGA rip off and comparing it to the Joe Satch / Cold Play Ripp Off. You can hear similarities but at this point, having heard so much music, I hear them everywhere. In fact, it's usually much more rare when I hear a tune that doesn't sound like something else I've heard before.

?Satch accused them of nicking the melody from his song.. they eventually 'settled out of court'. Who knows what the real truth is..

Guys....there are too few notes in this world to argue about who copied what and who did what to who I just saw that movie in a post around here, which showed the universal chord progression
