Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi mate!

Sometimes the slower solos can be the trickier! Slow tempos are not as easy as they seem. The good news here is that this new take is much better than the previous one. Now I don't hear the pitch issues that I've marked previously, and your vibrato is getting more consistent.

Your hands are strong and your vibrato technique looks very promising. You just need to continue practicing to make it sound and look more controlled, without loosing that cool energy that you have.

How are you practicing this? As there is more room to improve your vibrato technique, I think that maybe you play this one over the instructor's take to get used to the vibrato's amplitude and speed, and how it grows gradually.

Other than that, this sound good, keep on the hard work!

YEAH!! Now we are talking Yngwie vibrato!

Your vibrato is on its way to sound absolutely amazing. It sure could use a little more consistency however, and I wonder if this is perhaps related to your somewhat tense left hand posture.

You should try to achieve the same kind of vibrato using much more of you arms/bigger muscles as opposed to the tiny muscles in your fingers / hands. This will also help you avoid fatigue, injury and overall give you a much cleaner technique.

Anyway it's safe to say you nailed the purpose of this lesson. It's a 9 from me!

I think the time given to fix some issues from previous take, rewarded in this one.

You started to apply straight note before the vibration starts.

I believe Gabriel is spot on with the idea to practise with original video. The trick is to play as close to original, as possible. When you start to achive it, you will start to feel like there is only one guitar playing and both (your and Ben's guitar track) will perfectly nail each other.

For know I feel like you did some honest work and it is audible. You control over vibrato is better and there is much less of feeling that something goes slightly out of pitch.Well done!
