I'd say overall quality is increased, as well as versatility as the price goes up. I'd advise saving your money to get a good quality Wah Wah pedal, because you won't regret it. But you could get a cheap one, but odds are greater that you won't get the sound you want.
As for the actual pedals...I think the Crybaby is the best Wah Wah you can buy. I got a 95Q Crybaby, and it comes with a volume knob, a 16 decibel gain boost(for a real dirty sweep), and an adjustable Q control(so I can get alot of sounds out of it :wink: . Oh yea, it also has an auto return feature, so you don't have to click a button to turn the wah effect on and off, you just step on it to wah your sound, and step off to turn of the effect...cool ya? :sun
But any Crybaby is good; Vox, and Morley have a good reputation too.
