Some of you might remember I was considering a fender deluxe reverb reissue, which I almost got. However, I chose to stick with Mesa. I had an F-50 head and 112 combo amp, and decided I really liked how it sounded but it was still just too heavy to lug around. So I've gone to the f-30 in the same series. It has el84 tubes, which is a bit of a change from the 6l6's in the '50, but I don't expect the change in tone to be drastic, I like both anyway. It's 30 watts, but has a 'dyna-watt' thingamadoozie that is supposed to increase power dynamically. It's also a really cool green vinyl and tan grillcloth unique color.
