Ok, so after spending hours at a local coffee shop playing and studying theory, my girlfriend and I decide to head home. I get hungry on the way, so I ask her to get me one of the granola bars we packed earlier today. It was a granola bar with a blueberry yogurt icing, and it was delicious. Mind you I'm very tired from a whole day of playing music and studying theory, so my thoughts begin to wander.

I have a conversation with myself that went kinda like this: "man, this blueberry granola bar is delicious, but it would be more delicious if you had actual blueberries and played them an octave higher to better harmonize the flavor".......

please take a journey with me......

This is the image that I saw in my head.

This is how I know I've been playing too much guitar. How about you?

Sometimes whe somebodies nagging me i sometimes drift off and wonder why there are no rhythmic variations in their voice, no phrasing etc. Then i imagine myself trying to express what they are trying to say on guitar and it always sounds way cooler in my head than whats coming out of their mouth.

But food and music, damn, they need to be merged. I could do with a 27 fret baguette right now> man im hungry.

We have an exercise bike here that makes some strange noises..
And one time when the missus was using it, it made this strange constant beat.. sounded like galloping triplets.. so i started jamming to it smile.gif

I have some similar experiences sometimes. It's funny how our brain's function, every piece of information is somehow connected to every other in some bizarre way smile.gif
