Guns N Roses Reünion

Axl and Slash together on stage after 23 years. Any comments ? The abscence of Steven Adler (they say due to a back operation?) Izzy Stradlin (not clear if he even was asked) Matt Sorum ? Teddy "Zig Zag" The Horn section with Tracy and Roberta Gilby Clark Axl took a step away from his pride and after calling Slash a cancer for more than 20 years he stands next with him on stage??? What's the drive for this, money ? music ? .... Why is Slash taking the bite, as he has proven his own projects succesfull. They are talking about even making a new record. Will that be in the same leaque as AFD or UYI 1 & 2? Can the magic happen again ????? I was a huge fan of GNR from the start until Slash went away. You do have to question the motive behind it. As you already said Slash own projects were going very well. A new album in my opinion won't have anything on their previous work but I would be more than happy to be proved wrong I would also love the opportunity to see Guns N Roses with both Axl and Slash playing. As much I loved appetite, I thought the use your illusion albums were largely spoilt by axl. personally not really fussed about the GnR reunion. I know that it won't be the same than in their first years but it's GREAT to see Axl, Slash and Duff playing together again. About new music... who knows, I think that Slash is playing better than in his early years, and he showed the world that he can still compose killer riffs. On the other hand, Axl's Chinese Democracy album is a very good album that with the right producer (that guides him with his vocals and avoid unnecessary extra high screams) and with Slash on guitars could be a masterpiece. A long time ago, millions of fans were waiting years for a new GNR album and then they came with the "Spagetti Incident". I was like : WTF ??? A cover album???, ... Now???? .... Seriously???? .
