PC. For many years our hardware and daw (sadie) needed to run on a pc so it was a legacy decision.
As it stands there is no reason for me to switch to mac as a pc is fine for our needs. I use both, but a lot of my go to plugins are Windows-only VSTs, so I usually end up in Windows.

I use PC. I am very attracted by Mac's world but I'm scared too... I'm so comfortable with Windows and all the software. Let's see what happens in the future...

But I"ve used both. These days you can go either way and still get great results. Try to get a copy of LOGIC if possible. It's pretty spiff and at $300 it's affordable compared to some others and has 5 DVDs worth of stuff. Sounds, instruments etc.
