If you haven't checked Angra, I really recommend these guys from Brazil,

Great band. I know them from the very first album and also I met Kiko personaly a couple of times. Awesome guitarist.

They are amazing. I've seen them twice when Andre Matos was the singer presenting "Holy Land" & "Fireworks". The new singer is also really good! I think that (with Sepultura) they have been the best latinamerican metal band.

I love Kiko!!. In my opinion, he's the best guitarist of the actual scene.

Few guitarists can touch or even come close to the skill and originality of Kiko Loureiro, The guy is a genius.

I personally like more Falaschi's era, music is way powerful and complex, I like Matos era as well though
