Hi Luciana.

I'm Spanish, and I'm trying to explain it in the better way that I can.

I'm a singer since 5 years, and I always singed screaming like Lamb Of God or In Flames.

Now I'm trying to improve my vocal skills practicing more styles. But I see that when I'm singing 'normal' songs, in the change to scream songs, I feel that I'm hurting my vocal strings. I think that it's happening to me because I don't do any previous exercices to get ready my voice and I'm practicing for long time.

Can you explain to me any exercice to do on previous singing, to get ready my voice in all styles?
It's good to practice about 2 hours every day? O I want to practice less?

Thanks. Dam.
