I read some of the answers. It was interesting when Vai answer about that chord, wich for him when it plays it feels like he are standing on a mountain.
I will try that chord when I will arrive home

For who is curious this is Steve Vai explanation for that chord:

"It's a Bbmaj 6/9 #11 and the root (Bb) is first fret on the A string. And then you let ring open the D and the G string. Then you play "C" on the B string and then open high e string. Tada! Mountainy fresh!"

Not that well laid out Gab.

If you open up the 6532 comments...you will see that some are questions and some are answers/replies from steve Vai or other people. When Steve Vai replied to something it says Steve Vai replied. then the number of replies from everyone next to it. If he didn't reply then it doesn't seem to say Steve Vai replied first.
It took me a while to figure that out. Its a bit of a search!
