Hey Jesse,

I just did the bass part for you. Your scanned sheet music was not perfect so I hope I got you all notes right. Here is a guitar pro file and PDF for you. Good luck with this and have fun at your performance!

P.S. There was no tempo on lead sheet you sent me so I just left 120bpm as guitar pro's default tempo!
