Hi All,

I've been abit quiet on the forums recently (althought i have been logging in reading all your posts biggrin.gif ). I have been around, but i havn't been playing much. I was in that "place" you go when things dont really go the way you want it. My praticing was getting really bad and counter productive.

I shall start practising again as of tonight and hopefully be even more active and make some much needed improvements to my play smile.gif

Speak soon guys and gals smile.gif

Zilla...

Good for you smile.gif I know how you feel as I am just coming back off of a bit of hiatus myself. It's a little tough getting back in the saddle, but well worth the effort smile.gif

Maybe starting a practice agenda will help track your progress and keep you motivated. Let us know how things are progressing Zilla.

Welcome Back!!!

Maybe you should start again strengthen your fingers. Try the 1-2-3-4 fingers exercise and move all around the fretboard, with different combination. And I also recommend to work with metronome and play 16th notes. Start slow, and then, increase speed little by little, just to make your fingers recognize the fretboard once again

Cheers guys!

I've started learning the major scales now, 3 notes per string. I think once i've learn the patterns of the major scale i'll start practising chords and muting.

Its good to be back smile.gif
