Living here in the states I tend to reach out to other countries to listen to a lot of what I like. That and the rock/metal scene just sucks here in the states.

Don't get me wrong I like some of it.

Just was wondering if anyone has of the band "Anathema?" One of my favorites.

They just release a a new CD called hindsight that takes some of there tunes and unplug some of it and puts a orchestra backing to it. Good stuff if anyone is interested.

They used to be a doom metal band when they had a different singer. Which I loved them back then too!

I really like Anathema too. Especially the Silent Enigma and Judgement albums.

I love them. I prefer their newer stuff over their earlier doom, even though I got into them thorugh the doom. I saw them live last year aswell and they were great. Plus they played both Fragile Dreams and Empty, so it was basically perfect.

Definetly one of my top 5 favourite bands, and I can't wait for their two albums coming out this year.
