Awesome!!! I really like the song and the style Cosmin! The riffing is very interesting and the song composition is really complete (good verses, catchy chorus and perfect structure) Those AIC style vocals really fit with the music! Congrats! smile.gif

Woah C-Maestro, this is totally cool ! Is that also you singing in the verses as well ? If so, I'm interested in the method you used to come up with those vocal harmonies. Did you follow a scale over the chords ? smile.gif

Thank you guys! biggrin.gif

@Ben - yes, I recorded everything you are hearing tongue.gif regarding the vocal harmonies, I didn't use any particular method smile.gif

The way in which me and Caesar are working on the vocals, lies in finding whatever vocal harmonies suit the main line in a better way by trying various things we are hearing in our head. I mean, I haven't sorted out what I am singing from a theoretical perspective, but I can break it down for ya if you'd like biggrin.gif

Cool, yes I believe that trusting your ears is the best way to go. No need to break it down, you answered my question C- Meister smile.gif

Great job! Sounds a little like Alice in Chains.

Posted by: El Fortinero Dec 30 2011, 05:31 PM

yes, modern Alice in chains indeed.

I like the song, but the vocals..are ok ...but everyone will say "he sings like the guy from Alice in Chains" (you already see it happening in our posts) and that's not good for you as a singer IMO
so i'd rather prefer the voice style of the other song, it´s more personal.
keep them coming master Cosmin, and don't forget the south american tour ! smile.gif
