I'd get the cheapest Dunlop Wah if I was on the hunt for one. It does what it's supposed to, it Wahs. My band buddy got one and it's a good wah, simple as that.

Under 140Euros I'd agree with MickeM -crybaby is a great wah for the price. Above 140 and you start paying for better tone, depth/versatilty of wah and that it doesn't affect your clean guitar sound (wahs tend to suck tone).
One thing with wahs over 140 - think hard about what you want -features/versatility or quality of tone. There are a lot of wahs that will claim to do everything - from distortion through to putting astronauts on Mars. Do you want/need that or do you want instead a very good but 'basic' wah done really well? Horses for courses...
