I have made some rather expensive mistakes in the past couple of months which includes backing into my dad's girlfriends car and my xbox 360 falling off the back of my truck. I probably owe/have lost about $1,000 and my job that requires really hard work also pays pretty low at $6.00 an hour, so I am looking at around 180 hours of work or so. Well I was thinking how I could somehow make this disappear instantly, well unfortunately I am going to sell my Schecter C-1 Hellraiser, which could ALMOST blow it away in a heartbeat for me. Besides I have been playing my Fender Stratocaster more lately, the neck feels so much smoother to me. The original reason for getting the Schecter was for the insane pickups and heavy metal setup, but now that my interest in heavy metal and music in general has declined, I see no reason in keeping it around when there is $$$ written all over it.

EDIT: Oh, by the way, this isn't an advertisement, I just had to get it out.

Man, that sucks.

Well at least you'll still have a Strat, not Too bad I'd say.

btw. I'm surprised the wage is $6 a hour ohmy.gif

Down here in Florida the minimum wage is $6.79

and most states its up around $7 or so.

That is bad man, but you have the strat so it's ok, some people only have one cheap guitar, so consider yourself lucky in a way really. Be patient with selliing the Shecter, don't rush it and always ask little more money than it is worth so you have initial bargain space with the buyer, you can say you will sell it a little cheaper for cash and higher for gear exchange, that can sometimes draw them in to buy it.
