Me playing Dream Theater - Overture 1928.

I recorded it because I Wanted to see myself playing and hear what i need to improve on.
This was my first take, so there are some mistakes that could be better smile.gif
Did not use any tabs, all by ear.

Any feedback much appreciated smile.gif

And please be sure to check my other video and subscribe to my channel and invite me to friend smile.gif

That's pretty good man!
Very impressed by the fact that you die not use any tabs. Way to go man!
Keep up transcribing stuff like that and you'll be able to know how to play anything without even needing to have a guitar in your hands. Great job man!

It took me pretty long to do it, but im happy with the result.
I had to slow the fast parts down, but the simple melody was no problem smile.gif
My suggestion is to start with something simple and work your way up.

Thanks man. Yeah there were some mistakes like a horrible bend in the first solo and some timing that could be better.
Thinking of recording it again with better audio quality smile.gif

Very good mate!
You did a nice job get it by ear biggrin.gif
Check the descending line in the sec 42, it has a little thing.
But everything else is cool, you nailed the solos smile.gif

Yeah that was a little sloppy playing tongue.gif

But thanks for the positive criticism, need more of that wink.gif

It's good, overall it's good. Some parts are little sloppy, I mean this is not an easy piece, tricky to play especially because those sudden fas 6-tone runs.
