How To Ship A Guitar. Help!

So, How would I go about doing this and about how much should it cost, to ship from, The east coast of the US and to the UK.I came out with 210 bucks as the cheapest. Anyone know if this is just.. to high or if there is a cheaper way? Any help would be appreciated. All Ijchep needs to do is weigh the item somehow. Package it up and take to airmail service and get insurance on the item and send. You aint gonna get it for less than 100 dollars though I wouldn't have thought.
