First Time For Me Learning A Solo By Ear.

Woah! Yesterday I learned how to play the solo in the song: Home - bobaflex, by ear. Which is the first time for me, using my ears instead of my eyes when learning a song.

This solo was not a shred solo, however, it was hard to hear what notes he was playing during the solo. Anyways, listen to the song (its a killer song and a killer solo)

Great !! I didn't know this song, but i think you have chosen a good solo for the first time doing everything by ear. It's a nice and easy melody which helps a lot at the beginning.

Transcribing songs/solos by ear should be placed on a much higher level for learning guitar!!

@Kaznie: just try it with the solo above ... i'm sure you will get it in no time.
