Hey guys a found an unoffical setlist for Guitar Hero 4. The tracks sound to good to be true and there are guitar battles with Dimebag, Jimmy Page or John Petrucci which would be awesome.

Can't wait to play those two!, hope it's a true list.
This sure looks better than their latest "Aerosmith" game... I wish it would have been an Iron Maiden expansion instead!!

There is also a rumor about Guitar Hero: Metallica as the follow up to the Aerosmith one.

I agree, too good to be true. Plus the difficulty of those songs are WAY out of order. John Frusciante technically harder than Batio, Page or Dimebag? That alone says that the list is quite rough. Although if those were all of the songs just out of order i would still be thrilled, because that list kicks ass.

edit: Although this list looks less fun it looks a bit more reliable at least to me. Check it out if you want: http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/puzzle/gui...&pid=944201

Talking about difficulty I hope they make it a bit easier than GH 3... I used to play GH1, GH2 and 80s in expert, and in GH3 I couldn't even finish it on hard!

Really i thought the third one was one of the easier ones besides *through the fire and the flames* i did well on the third one becuase the hammer ons and pull-offs were much better...hmm i'm on ps2 but..i guess some ppl are different..that's a good thing though wink.gif

I can play hard on GH 3 laugh.gif but i cant play medium huh.gif
The problem is that on the easier difficulties the fretting is
amazingly realistic, which always screws me up mad.gif

You know what i mean?

Yeah, I know what you mean... That'w why I don't like playing with less than 5 buttons, it gets boring, but on GH3 they reaised the bar too much in hard, from the middle of game to the end it feels like expert of previous releases or even harder.

Why is that bad? I have no problem doing expert before tier 6 i think(before last). Now I can do most songs on expert except raining blood and some bonus songs.

Wow, you are good! wink.gif
If I had more time I'd keep trying GH3, but I guess real axes eat my time these days!, I managed to finish GH1 on expert except for Cowboys From hell, I always missed the last riff at 97% !!, and in GH2 there are a couple I can't finish on expert (Freebird...), and the last one on 80s.

But in GH3 I couldn't get past 5th tier in hard! They really raised the bar on GH3, either that or I lost my GH jedi-skills tongue.gif

A friend mentioned Muse may be on it and Muse is on that list, it may be a good sign. A battle with Dime seems weird but I don't guess bad.

Tornado of Souls and Painkiller!!!

Ohhh how I hope.

I just saw Kirk Hammett battle and MoP!! I hope so very very much.

And to Rate Htr, I play both Guitar Hero and guitar, of course Guitar Hero doesnt get near as much play as the real thing, but it's just a fun game. I think they are two separate things like why play a basketball game when you can really play basketball
