GMC Forum _ CHILL OUT _ Should've Waited A Couple Of Weeks Before Signing Back Up....

Posted by: Sabbz Sep 26 2011, 12:57 AM

Heh, I forgot when I signed back up that I had to have minor surgery on my left middle finger this week. Makes it kinda difficult to play guitar, or pretty much do anything else. lol

yep, take care of that, don't do any demanding job with your hands until you are 100% fine

Hope you'll be ready to play in no time man! DON'T push yourself though! Patience gets you across the ocean, as they say in my country!

Well, never know what will come up mate, but hold on it will be OK. As the guys said, take care until you are 100% recovered.

Try some theory or video tutorials during that time, it can be fun smile.gif

Thanks guys. smile.gif It's really no big deal. I just had the fingernail permanently removed. It's been fubar for a little over 30 years, so the doc recommended I get it removed. Last night I got my acoustic down and practiced some scales and stuff. Bends are an absolute impossibility right now and switching chords is kinda difficult, but it should be back to normal in a couple of weeks. biggrin.gif
