Hey verciazghra!! This thread is a great initiative! I'm enjoying your improvisations, I can get the feel in those notes.

This is a very nice way to let our soul express, and at the same time, it's a nice way to "hear" our soul. If you listen again to your improvisation you'll hear new things, new messages, words, ideas, that you could hear inside of you.

Keep this stuff happening, and feel invited to my Creativity Workouts.

Thank you Gabriel!

Yeah I've had quite fun listening to these again and finding new things. I think it's a healthy habit to form doing it feels very freeing compared to the structured playing that I also do.

I'll check out the creativity workouts and try to keep this going.

Thanks again!

Sometimes it's hard to know if you really wish for something or if you just like the idea of wishing for it. ;d

That's really nice! What are you using to record your guitar? I think that your tone sounds warm and beautiful for this one. I also think that adding some more ambience effects could make your compositions sounds even cooler!

Hey thanks smile.gif Heh, I'm just using some Amplitube 4 '59 Jazz preset. I think I should try to add some more effects, that would be fun. I'll do that for tomorrows one. If you have the time, you could make one of these songs too, I'd love to hear what your 100% spontaneous side sounds like!

Todays improv turned out like this

Tomorrow I'll see if I can add some effects.

Hm with some more effects, it was impossible for me not to go into rich-chords mode. It turned out quite good but I cut out a piece in the middle which I didn't like. Otherwise this one was really fun to play and it felt meditative in a way. https://soundcloud.com/vercia/epiphany-and-stress-relief

Nahmaste, and if you feel like making your own improv piece, Just Do It™ and post it below.
Much love and have a great day

I'm considering whether or not to continue doing these. I don't want to clog up the forums with all of these and I'm not sure if people hate this idea or they just haven't gotten around to doing it or other reasons for not "feeling it". On the other hand I really enjoy making them... Give me some guidance guitar gods of the world.
