Ok here is an update - I have only "cleaned up" the file so far (not yet recorded the harmonized lead). I thought I would post it here in case anyone wants to have a go at it - feel free to add whatever you want. Also I need suggestions for the transition to the second riff and drum fills/beats. Bpm is 144!

Use your imagination guys! huh.gif

Ok I have progressed a little - I have added some lead to the arrangement! (harmonized in fourths most of the time)

Very nice - could definitely be something to use for a bridge later on in the tune! I also liked you other upload - I found the backbeat stuff very interesting- let's see if we can fit that in somewhere as well.

Of course my main concern right now is to make the sections we have got so for work. I am not happy with the first lead. I have something completely different in mind...I just need to practice some more since I am not used to doing stuff in 144 bpm...! This is why I love writing stuff since you force yourself into new territories.

That would be awesome Adrian - drums are one of my weaker areas. I'll send you the file over with a pre click but without drums.

Hope this isn't too rough.
And the .gp file is similar to Holy Wars, (the part, where Marty plays with acoustic) don't mind the tempo (it should been faster), I suck at doing guitarpro files dry.gif

this is going great!
@ Kris: Should I post a GP file instead of Mp3? and then you record all ideas with your sound?

Both files sound very cool - are they just general ideas or intended for a certain part of the tune?

hi,

it might be to late, but i just recorded something yesterday, it's not the same style at all, but if you think it could be used do not hesitate to say it!

it's a clean guitar kind of arpeggios, but be played faster... it was just an idea for a personal project... even if project is a big word!!!!

Adrian here is the file without drums:
Attached File  song_collab_superdraft4_nodrums.mp3 ( 1.29MB ) Number of downloads: 181
