GMC Forum _ CHILL OUT _ This Site Is Getting Too Good!
Posted by: MickeM Nov 11 2007, 07:55 AM
I'm really enjoying GMC so much but maybe it's getting too good? We could probably spend more time with our families and friends, move the lawn, shovel snow etc etc etc.
Can I hear your suggestions to how we can make GMC less enjoyable
I have two suggestions
- Instructors have to record their videos in pitch dark
- Spiderusalem has to act serious all the time.
*horror*

- MickeM has to pretend he knows nothing about Amplifiers
- Muris has to play all of his lessons left handed
- Henrik has to randomly shut one of the servers down for 2 hours a day
- The Uncreator can only comment on Medievil Madrigals singing groups
- Tonymirro can't write posts of more than 5 words

It is a good site, and I think not an unhealthy one. I feel that a lot of internet is a waste of time, or even of negative value. I fell this one is productive, basically a healthy place to visit.
And this comes from a guy who killed his tv some time ago. My standards are pretty high in this regard.

gmc is the best... a new lesson every 1-2 days its impossible to keep up
Posted by: leedbreak Nov 11 2007, 08:13 AM
Yes, we may spend to much time in the forum or chatting, but I feel practicing is no different than coming home and popping on the TV as many folks do already. I do feel my daughter is inspired to work in music as a result of my love for it. When I hear her sing or play the piano, I know not all time is wasted. She also seems to be learning about being determined to accomplish things that appear out of reach.
Oh,,,, but you could give Andrew more power. :-)

Ah, but it is impossible to run out as well.

what are you talking about? I am serious....all the time *snicker*
theres only one thing you need to do to make this site less good and that is:
-shut down the forums.

What me delete a post? Now how can you think I'd be so cruel .
Though with some of your singing voices maybe I should be cruel to be kind

Kris could always change the lesson format, all the instructors need to upload 2 lessons a week in the style of Brittany Spears and Pet Shop Boys. Yeah I would quit in a minute

Well I'm in a good mood now since we got a draw against Chelsea (1:1) so I'll let it stay

This will mix things up..
All instructors to do a tuba lesson. Except Juan. He needs to do a bag pipe and Pavel should do a Ocarina lesson.
Also get Andrew to do theory lessons.
What is a Ocarina?

Muris, I did not put you with a specific instrument. I figured you can make just about any of them sound pretty good which would not help the site look bad. LOLOL
