GMC Forum _ Introduce Yourself ! _ Greetings Fellow Musicians!

Greetings!

My name is Andreas Aalsaunet, I'm 18 years old, been playing electric guitar for around 3 years now and live in Norway. I think I first ramble across you guys from a link on Youtube, when I was searching up some guitarrelated stuff. I checked some of your videos and forumtreads, and decided for myself that this was not one of the useless become-a-guitarhero-in-a-week stuff, which is really only made up for the founder to earn as much money as possible. This is one good place for developing your guitarskills it seems, so my goal for this summer is to really try to be here daily when Im home, and work with your lessons. Looking forward to it already . My main interest in music is metal, generally (melo-)deathmetal, but I also really love classical music and some jazz, blues and rock. In this summer I am also going to work hard with my band, which was started a half year ago, we have just finished recording our first song so it would be cool if you would check it out and give me some feedback . The band is named The Farmhouse Killings and you can hear our first song here:http://www.myspace.com/thefarmhousekillings. Pretty basic song, but we'll work on the songwriting . If you got myspace we would be greatful for a add

At last I would like to tell you how much Im looking forward to spend times on this site and in this forum, and hopefully both learn and contribute. See you guys around!

Thank you guys! Been looking a little around in the forums and I find plenty of good and useful threads, I am really going to enjoy this summer . Thank you for feedback Caelumamittendum, we'll try to go for more complex songs in the future I think, and hopefully get some better sound and quality too.
