Do you feel identified with this one?
Do you think you have the instant gratification monkey and the panic monster inside your mind?
Do you consider yourself a procrastinator? Why?

Haaaaaaaaaaaa,

I think to some extent we can all relate to this, I don't consider myself a true procrastinator but I am easily distracted which can cause some of the same issues that he speaks of laugh.gif

Success is not obtained overnight. It comes in instalments; you get a little bit today, a little bit tomorrow until the whole package is given out. The day you procrastinate, you lose that day's success.

Sure! Take the NIKE approach and "just do it!" or really just do something. So if one is procrastinating on doing something, maybe start doing something similar and transition in to the thing that has been pushed off. Sometimes just starting to move forward on something, anything, can allow a sense of momentum than can be carried over to help push through procrastination smile.gif
