As my world turns, I'm pretty much a boring hermit crab, with a bit of social interaction.
Days I work: 1:20am Wake-up (alarm) 1:25am - 2:07am Let the dog out, grab breakfast, prepare for my day, head out to work. 2:30am- 1pm Work. 1:10pm - 2:00pm Watch tv/youtube, eat dinner, turn on amp 2:00pm - 3/4pm Practice the guitar. After Guitar Practice Wind-down hour, get ready for bed. 6:00pm - 7:00pm Lay down in bed til I fall asleep and repeat the next day. Days off: 3:30am Wake-up 3:35am Turn the amp on, let the dog out, get breakfast. 4:00am I will practice for about an hour. 5:00am I let the dog back outside. If cold I will continue to guitar. 5:00am I let the dog back outside. If it's not freezing I will go work out at the gym. (As I would like to lose some weight.) 6:30am I will finish one of the 2 activities from 5:00am, see whats happening on the internet, news/gmc/other forums. 7:00am If I have shopping I'll head out since it will just be the elderly crowd and no little kids screaming in the stores. After Shopping Play video games for a few moments as my amp warms up. 11:00am Tend to get hungry so I get up grab something to drink and go, do I want to make food or run out for it. After Lunch I send out feeler text messages to see if anyone wants to hang out for a few hours in the evening. 12:00pm I watch music videos on youtube, either to find new music or to see other variations of how to play, to better myself. 1:00pm-3:00pm Just chill out doing whatever. 3:00pm-5:00pm Pick the guitar back up. (Unless my hair is longer, then I have to condition it and then straighten it, stupid curls.) 5:00pm-8:00pm I hang out with my friends. 8:30pm Get ready for bed. 9:00pm Bed -------------------- Guitars:

@SpaseMoonkey - Wow, your an early riser, but at least must miss all the traffic! You say that it's a boring hermit crab lifestyle, maybe just throw in another activity in which case? I dislike how early I get up for work, but I don't mind say the ballpark of 4am, because I can get so much done without being interrupted. As for the traffic, that is spot on, there is pretty much no one out at the oddball hours when I am. Same goes with shopping. It doesn't bother me being a hermit, work takes a toll on me since I'm there around 11 hours from arrival to leaving. So then that leaves around 12 hours of the day, lately I've pushed for more sleep as they say thats a big factor in being healthier. Today I will basically get home from work and lay down and sleep till Monday. Just because I get the least amount of sleep leading into Sunday. I slept something like 4 hours, just because I stay up slightly later on my days off. Healthy eating, that's easy, started eating cereal/oatmeal for breakfast. Then I added in making sandwiches and taking leftovers from dinner for lunch instead of fast food. Same goes with dinner, tend to make it at home instead of fast food. Cutting a lot of the processed food out of my life. I've not only felt better since, but it helps save money. -------------------- Guitars:

@SpaseMooonkey - I heard of that, kicking all processed foods out and replacing with whole grain. I believe it was Arnold Schwarzenegger who even swore by that lifestyle change, saying the processed stuff is destroying us. Also eat lots of smaller meals throughout the day (3-7), rather than just 1-2 large ones - breakfast being the most important after waking up (as the body is staving itself by then). More than 2 cups of food per serving actually expands your stomach size. So you tend to need more to feel satisfied each time. Thanks for that advice, I actually did that today. I broke my food up more. I had I want to say 5 meals today instead of 3. Also tried to drink water before I would eat or when I felt hungry. Kept reading that your body doesn't know if it's hungry or thirsty. That cut back a lot of what I thought may have been hunger pangs. Thats funny you mentioned the whole grain, thats exactly what bread I just picked up this week. -------------------- Guitars:
