Quick Question Regarding Uploads

Didn't know where to post this so bear with me.

Currently I'm having a lot of fun with my USB mic, recording my own thing that has to pass for singing.

I use the MP3's I ripped from the cd's I posses and used them as backing tracks imported in audacity.

Am I allowed to upload this with my own attempt at doing vocals or not. Yes or No question please, I don't want a whole story about copyright and permission etc.

So Yes or No?

As Bogdan said, Upload it elsewhere and link us to it. Don't upload something you don't own the copyright to or something that isn't copyright free.
