Hi there. Just signed up.
I've been playing for 22 years but with a recent 5 Year(!) break. Just started again 3 months ago and want to practice RIGHT.
The thing I have always found most tricky is consistent speed picking. I've always done economy picking but had trouble with getting even speed and so now I'm trying to retrain for alternate picking. Getting stuck into lessons and looking forward to the ride...

Welcome buddy! Sounds almost like me but I had a break of some 10-12 years..... But I think I've been improving a lot since I beacame a member here, there are some great lessons on the topic as well as the MTP-program, check it out!!!

I am on the same boat and I HAVE DEFINITELY IMPROVED A LOT here. If you need any help, GMC is the way to go.
