Hey guys,

My band spent the weekend getting two songs professionally tracked here in St. Louis.
(Sorry the files are not uploaded, I don't have the two files at the moment, and won't receive them until Weds.)

www.myspace.com/thesunsettheory

The two songs are "Next Time" and "Drive-by Life" (the rest of the songs on that page are demos, not final recordings)

I am playing the lead guitar on Drive-by.

Give it a listen, and hopefully you enjoy it. smile.gif

Doug

thanks fellas. This was the first time I've ever recorded at a pro studio, with a producer. It was a trip man, but a great experience.

Just FYI all the tracks were laid down with my brand new american Telecaster Deluxe hooked into a big Ampeg (this was what our other guitarist used), and I used my Gibson LP hooked into a Fender Hot Rod 212, with a Jekyll and Hyde distortion, and Boss Delay.

Awesome Doug! I really can imagine hearing those tunes on main stream radio. Great sounding, very professional!

Also, did I hear a phaser in the solo of Next Time?

That MXR has a very distinct sound to it, very Eddie Van Halenish..
