Bonjour GMC,

It's not that easy to talk about myself but let's try !

I am Mya, 22 years old. I'm French.
I started playing guitar when I was 16 years old, for a year, but I stopped because I guess I didn't believe in myself enough to continue.
I've recently replaced my (shitty) beginners' equipement with a Fender Deluxe Player Stratocaster and a VOX Valvetronix VT 30 amplifier, I like it and it helps me a lot to improve ! I'm a beginner 'cause I need to learn more methods and techniques to go to the next level !
I choose to not rush even if I'm an impatient chick !
The GMC Website is an excellent tool to be a better guitar player and I'm ready to learn more here. My goal/dream is to play guitar like Yngwie Malmsteen ! Hard work in the offing but nothing is impossible !
I listen to every types of Music and I try to be open-minded as possible. You can tell me about your musical tastes or you can give me some advice about easy riffs to learn. It's appreciated !

What's your current level? What can you play? Will be easier to point you in a direction that way. Searching "beginner neoclassical" may give you some cool lessons to try, though!

Welcome to the site, nice to have you here with us. Its great to have A long term goal, it will help direct your path in the lessons/licks and techniques you will develop.....if your into Malmsteen style, have a look at an instructor, Marcus Lavendall....and also Gabriel...they have amazing lessons..
