Magic Santa will give you ONE and only ONE of the new IBBY prestige line. I'm drooling over these. They have finally started making cool RG prestige models again with the magical 17mm profile wizar neck and a variety of finished and pickups. God bless em. Which one is for you?

Played both indo and Japanese versions. Quickly reminded me of plini tones specially middle position switches.

The Japanese version had much greater dynamics, tone quality was as expected from any comparable american made guitar. The neck though is very different from an RG, not exactly Strat but closer to that feel.

The RG line didn't move me this year to be honest, seems ibanez cares more for the AZ series for the past 2 years.

With coil taps? Yes please! I would rather have the trans fluorescent orange finish of the 5221 but what they hey, beggars can't be choosers.

What a killer axe eh? Love the reverse head stick, tone features, maple wafer thin neck, etc.
