Say hello and just start casual conversation. If she seems interested make sure you ask if she would like to go out some time. Those words exactly. Don't ask if she wants to go out on a specific night since she may have plans. It's easier if you keep it open ended. If she says yes, get her number and make sure to call her! Oh, and remember it's a numbers game so the more you ask the more yes answers you will get. Kind of like sales calls.
So do the math. Never bank on one girl since the odds are low that the one you are interested in will also be interested in you. Play the numbers game. Ask 100 girls, get hopefully at least 10 phone numbers, take out say 5, bang 2.
