The GnR version of this song is better than the original :-)

Most of it probably do to modern production. So, it doesn't count.

I would definitely have to agree with everyone about the original being better. But Guns n Roses did make some cool covers like Knocking on the heavens door which sounds more interesting to then the original version. Also Live and Let die cover is nice too...

less-cringe-worthy would be the janes addiction cover from ~1990 (or 89?) that was kinda decent. Acoustic and sorta interesting.

I prefer the cover, sometimes cover is better than original... sometimes not, matter of taste.

Nice version, but I have to agree that's not better than the original, at least for me. But Live and Let Die cover is awesome!
