GMC Forum _ CHILL OUT _ Tron Legacy 3d

Posted by: Todd Simpson Dec 21 2010, 10:19 AM

Today I saw TRON Legacy in 3D IMAX and Wow. Visually stunning. Amazing design, CG, soundtrack etc. just a Killer movie. If you get the chance to see it in IMAX 3D do it! It's well worth the price of admission. Here are a few random pix from the show. http://bit.ly/g0KBbF

Sounds cool, Todd!
I've seen the trailer for this movie a while ago and thought "Wow, the original movie was cool, but how cool will it be in 3-D?" wink.gif
I really like this new 3-D stuff, especially for animated movies. The only 3-D movie that kinda disappointed me was Resident Evil, as it seemed like they didn't care too much for the storyline anymore but just wanted to put as many slow-motion 3-D scenes in it as possible...
So I'm sure I'm gonna check Tron!

just because of your comment I might go see it!

I really like this new 3D stuff in movie theaters. Too bad we don't have IMAX here... I'll go to see this move when it hits the theaters here.

Sounds and looks fun to mee, too. I'll go and see it if I'll have the time and opportunity.

Movie is excellent, I'm a huge fan of the first. Although I hate 3D, it doesn't add anything to the experience and it gives me a headache.

I'm watching this one for sure cool.gif

Not so sure about the 3D though, when I watched Avatar 3D it was nice and all, but those 3D glasses weight a lot and it makes me feel somewhat dizzy after a couple hours.

3D is still not perfected, and glasses are just a transitional phase, they are already making panels that do not require glasses. But for now it's pretty cool. Too bad there aren't that many good 3D movies. Avatar is the only good one I watched.
