On the original post on every thread there is a "Options" button. Press it, and choose "Standard" under "Display Modes" =)

Sometimes mode is switched by mistake and there's a different layout, so if it ever happens, now you know how to fix it

Hah! Just happened to me too! Was searching my control panel for settings etc. Annoyed me a bit not to have the regular view of replies on topics.
