I work at what most would call a factory and we mass produce bread / bagels, so I lift quite a bit some days. The days I lift heavily I tend to wear a wrist brace to help take some strain off them.

Never influenced me a lot mate, although we did our fair share of heavy lifting the gear into bus, from bus to stage, and vice verse afterwards. I have the feeling results of that will appear in the years to come..

Do you lift things at the factory above your waist? Or keep them below? Starting area of the product is at my waist and I raise to a bit above my head. -------------------- Guitars:

I should be more careful with this as my wrists are pretty sensitive. I usually carry a load (bass hardcase + pedalboard + backpack) when I'm gigging. I once bended my wrist too much by trying to get out of a bus with this load in hands and in between the seats. It produced an injury that stayed for months
