Rhoads - Combining Rhythm And Lead |
|
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi GMC,
Finally another lesson . Not quite as I liked it to be but cannot do it better so far and I want to move one to another. Original: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/combin...hythm-and-lead/ My take: Thanks for all the feedback so far and waiting for your new one Gear: Ibanez S 470 DXQM Amplitube EMU 0404 USB Logitech quickcam C200 with another sound card for audio input. I connected the headphones output of the EMU to the line in of the other sound card. Cheers This post has been edited by skennington: Aug 23 2011, 05:19 PM -------------------- |

It sounds pretty good to me mate. One thing I would pay closer attention are the bends. There is an overall miss of strength when I watch you play, fingers need to be moving faster and more precise. I think you did a good job with this one tho, it's not that easy to play. Your attitude is also very good.

You are close to master this one. Some of the faster parts sound with some timing issues or with any little mistake and there are also some bends that don't reach the correct pitch. Concentrate on those things. I agree with this sentence by Ivan:
" fingers need to be moving faster and more precise" Practising some legato and alternate picking exercises could create a big improvement in your playing. And yes.. great attitude! -------------------- My lessons
