Ah yes, I remember that the first album was less produced and more raw. I also thought that you were referring to the second album.

I have to say as I brace myself for ridicule from some on the forum, I was decorating the other week and put Taylor Swift Speak Now World Tour Live on.
Such fun great country pop songwriting. I was thinking what a blast it must have been to be one of the guitarists on that tour. The track "Paradise Drive" came on my iPod today, remembered what a cracking album this was. Not all instrumental, some really good tunes and some variation. Which one is your favourite?

Stiff Little Fingers are an Irish punk rock band from Belfast, Northern Ireland. They formed in 1977, at the height of the Troubles. They started out as a schoolboy band called Highway Star (named after the Deep Purple song), doing rock covers, until they discovered punk. After six years and four albums, they split up. They reformed five years later, in 1987. Despite major personnel changes, they are still touring and recording. In 2014, the band released their tenth studio album and a world tour followed its release. I loved this album and I'm going to get it again. Certainly not what I expected from the man at the time of release but I love the rhythms, the syncopation, the whole groove.

Cracking album came up in my car today. First track probably wouldn't be politically correct nowadays but it was an anti racism song.
