Well, have at it, curious to see what everyone does.
Well, I'm a student. And Don't have a job currently, (Looking though)
Electrician.
Computer Graphics Designer/Computer Engineer/Programmer/Game Designer/Architect
I'm a student (electronics) and guitarteacher
Well I am doing IT work (support of course) for HP right now. Really like it. Went to college for computer science and I am also a Software Engineer. That is what I did before going the support route. Better job security because their is always someone messing up something and they need it fixed.
I need an avitar. Can anyone help or have an idea. I'm drawing a blank.
im a secret agent for a rogue government, plotting the overthrow of the world powers.
actually, i am but a humble student, who never has enough money.
I am a Petroleum Engineering student....Went to college originally for Electronics, bench work wasn't my thing (but was sure nice in the winter ).
I work at a local ISP. I talk to people who know nothing about computers over the phone and try to explain how to fix their stupid problems, every now and then I get some hands-on repairs to do. I guess they call us phone support technicians or some crap... hardest part of the job is finding entertaining stuff to do on the internet... without a guitar.
I think if I was able to bring one of my guitars in to work every day and practice between calls I would be exactly 10x better than I am now... *looks at his empty wishing hand and then at the over-flowing hand of crap* ...
Mmm...guitar teacher, guitar student...and never enough money...
I work part-time at a drive-in movie theatre
I am a sensei, and I teach karate classes daily.
and student!
it's some christian band. They have been around forever....personally I think they suck haha.
I work as a Graphic Designer.
But I just quit my job, so I only have one month left..
Next month I'll start in my new job as an IT-consultant
I will also do some graphic design freelance work on my spare time (Hopefully...)
I've got a few freelance jobs later this year, an annual report for a big company here in Stavanger, Norway.
And some other small things I promised I'd do
I'm Senior in Aerospace Engineering. I just got my part time job as a research assistant. I would be going straight to the Graduate school for aerospace next semester.
Life just goes on and on.

Im a anatomy student, chop people up for an education! But mainly I squirt stuff on slides!
Well... I'm a System Engineer and Software Repackager / Builder / programmer. I'll create the Installation procedures you'll see when you want to install your software.
Not only the students haven't got enough money. Even I doesn't got enough money!!!
I'm a logger, this is my secret to acquire scary chops techniques!
I'm an Electronics Engineer/Systems Engineer with a Masters in Systems Engineering. I'm currently doing an Engineering Doctorate where I get paid to work on Pilot Training in Military environments and decision making in complex environments.
Parts Manager @ a Mack Trucks Dealership. Self taught guitar student.
I have two part time jobs.
My main occupation is to write software for a constellation of security companies.
My task is to find new ways to implement and spread code snippets for monitoring and controlling computers. The purpose with this is to increase the sales of the companys software for security related countermeasures.
My other job connects to this and is more profitable.
I am a professional commercial mail distributor and I use the results from the other job to create controlled networks of computers and other clever ways of distributing ads and the mentioned code snippets.
My hobby is to write software to aid in online gaming, to give your skills a little boost. Software that gives you just a little edge over the other guy.
Right now I could use a hug as I don't have any friends anymore so I'm very glad to be a part of this community. I've been banned from every other online place I've joined.
No. Just kidding ofc. ::
I'm a regular computer guy. Maintaining the infrastructure in a large company.
I just had a vision of "How would a spammer or virus maker present himself"
Several roles -
Main one is to supervise and examine PhDs/Doctoral candidates in the areas of philosophy and organisation theory/studies. (I hold a PhD in philosophy plus an MBA and various other post graduate qualifications.)
Secondary ones -
i) research and publication including academic and technical editing and proofreading.
ii) media management, production and training - especially for broadcast.
iii) market gardening/small scale farming - we have 4 acres of land attached to our house which is farmed. Plus we grow most of our own fruit (apples, oranges, lemons, figs, grapes, peach, kumquats, limes, nespero, olives) and veg (potatoes, brocolli, asparagus, lettuce, cabbage, garlic, artichokes) and barter the surplus for meat. We rather bizarrely have a 1/12 share of the local school's pet donkey.
Cheers,
Tony

At the moment I'm trying to get an internship in New Zealand and I'm hoping to receive my masters degree in 2009.

I do the Health & safety for the whole group which involved having to study for a National general Certificate in Health & Safety, probably the hardest studying I`ve had to do since leaving school so it came as a bit of shock but in short I hate it, pays the bills and keeps me in guitars and stuff so its not all bad
