I wonder...
if you could have a private lesson with a famous guitar player... who would you choose? (besides this obvious choices: Guthrie Govan and Steve Vai  )

Hmmm.... probably Gary Moore or SRV if I wanted a blues lesson, Paul Gilbert for Shredding, and Steve Lukather for phrasing and Steve Lynch for Tapping
 (sorry, couldn't really narrow it down to one

Other than Gilbert I would have to say Michael Angelo Batio. I think he just makes it seem fun maybe because he does the quad-guitar but who knows.

Paul Gilbert seems to be the best teacher of the famour guitarists, so I'd choose him!
