Webcams, What kind of webcam ( Older topic's were outdated)

My budget is 50 euro's = 65 dollar = 40 pound I got one build in but as most might know this thing is so bad, and since I skype a lot with my friends now I live on my own I could use a descent one ( and for rec's ) I saw this Logitech c525 which is hd. Skype calls are at 720p but thats plenty for skyping. Well, you could try any other power supply that has the appropriate voltage I think see if that's the fault and then you will know.
